Lunch time!

Peek-a-boo!

Playing peek-a-boo with Hope while we wait for Jack who ran into
Toys-R-Us "just for a minute."
Brady didn't want his picture taken.
We just came from the Shane Co. Where I had my ring cleaned. It is nice
and sparkly now. Please remind me not to wear it in the sand any more.
We are sick...well, Jack isn't, but the rest of us are. I am not sure if
mine is allergies or what, but I feel sick. Lovely.
The sun is actually (kind of) warm today. At least we aren't freezing
any more.
Until later, hilary

Sisters!

Jack Viohl

Oregon Coast

We never made it down to the sand; it was too cold. In fact, it was dang
cold.
This is there in Lincoln City, Oregon, where we ate lunch and tried to
shop at the outlet mall.

We are still here in Sheridan. We head back to Longview tomorrow. I
talked briefly with Crystalyn on the phone this evening which was nice.

Sorry that there hasn't been any recent updates here. There is a reason for this! We left the phone's battery charger at Tania's. Thus we are unable to send mobile updates.

Coming soon: photos from the CHEESE CAKE FACTORY!!!

WE are going to Holly's this afternoon. I will update once we get the phone charged.

We are having FUN.

Went shopping with Dawn on Monday. FUN FUN FUN.

Oh yeah!

I had forgotten just how yummy DQ chocolate shakes are.
I must keep focused on my final weight destination so that I don't gain
weight on our vacation!

We are headed to visit with Jack's gramma. We just came from a short
visit with my Aunt Sharon. That was great. Tonight we are staying with
Tania and Dan. Tomorrow I will see Dawn!

Until later,

Dressing for the COLD

Too cute.

SNOW

WOW! We got snow at my parents' house last night. It is so pretty. Brady
loved it! I am so happy that he was able to experience the cold snow.

It was great seeing my Grandpa Curtis and his wife Isabelle yesterday as
well as my sister Holly and her boys Cole and Warren! Brady LOVES his
cousins! I was impressed with how much they have grown. They are so
cute.

We are presently headed down to celebrate Jack's Gramma's 90th Birthday
with a surprise party. She knows we are coming, so that isn't a
surprise.

It is harder than I expected to post stuff as we go...

Still in LIH

Hi. Here we are in LIH waiting for our flight to Honolulu. It has been a
big headache as Brady has picked today to act up. Grrr.

Hope you enjoy the pics as we progress on our vacation!

Can't wait to see everyone in the PNW.

Vacation Starts Today!

We leave tonight for the good ol' Pacific Northwest. Presently the house is in the throws of packing. I am checking last minute emails and thought I would send our first vacation update to the site. Woo-hoo. I don't think it will sink in until we are on the plane! Too many last minute details that are so "un-vacation-ish" to tend to first!

I was told by my mom today that tomorrow's forecast is RAIN (why am I not surprised?) and around the highs of 57 degrees. Brrr. Makes me cold just thinking about it. I had thought I would just pack my winter coat, but no, I am going to make sure my winter coat accompanies me on the plane. Will be a pain--but it will be worth it in the long run.

Brady would LOVE to be able to play in real snow while we are there. It would be nice if we could, maybe on our trip to Mt St Helen's? That would be great. The kids would really like that. Secretly, so would I. Snow is FUN...but really, really, really cold. I will let you know if we get to. The word was out that the night before last, the snow level dropped to 1,500 feet. It isn't a far stretch to think that we could actually find some snow.

Ok. I really must get back to packing and the other stuff that needs to get done.
Until later!
