Test Post No. 4

My mom and I talked on the phone this morning. That was enjoyable. She informed me that they had *SNOW* yesterday. Oh goodness. I am definitely taking my winter coat with me when we go visit! I told her it was 80 degrees in my kitchen yesterday.
This photo (wherever it happens to be in the post) was taken around Christmas of 2006 at the Kukui Grove Shopping Center... they advertised their "real.snow" at the mall on the hour for fifteen minutes... Brady LOVED it. No, it wasn't real snow, but it sure looked like it. It was a bit incongruous (did I get that right?) to have "snow" and warm weather at the exact same time. I just love this photo. The carefree-ness and "wow" of childhood.

It worked! I emailed the last post and it worked. I am amazed, oh me of little faith! woohoo. Now I am going to do another test post, this time with a photo.

TEST POST no. 3

Here goes nothing. I actually don't expect this to work, but I am really hoping that it will.

We leave for vacation in THREE WEEKS. I can hardly believe it. Time is gonna fly by.

Before we leave for vacation, the following needs to (or will) happen:
* recertification to renew our apartment lease. this will occur tomorrow morning at 10.00 after our manager walks through and inspects the place. sure hope it is clean enough!
* a whole list of VBS stuff... VBS will start ONE WEEK after we get home from our vacation
* some sewing projects (there is about five things I need to do)
* I have to pack
* finish our itinerary
* something else, but I forget what

Anyhow.

I am presently waiting for the posts I emailed here to actually post. If they do work, then I will have two exactly the same. Never mind this post. I will probably delete it before we leave for vacation.

Hi. Just testing out stuff. I like to do that before I actually need whatever it is I am testing. I really don't like surprises when it doesn't involve cake and ice-cream (or flowers or music or...).

The idea here is to be able to post from the phone and keep an on-going log of our vacation. That is the idea anyhow! I hope it works. so far, I am not seeing what I should be seeing.
